We build on Claude-based agent orchestration with a library of custom skills we've developed across 100+ projects — encoded conventions, checks, and domain patterns that make our agents produce work the way we would, not the way the internet's average would.

What that looks like in practice:

  • Orchestrated implementation. A senior engineer decomposes the work; agents execute in parallel across the codebase — features, tests, and documentation moving together, not in sequence.
  • Design, delivered agentically. Layouts, components, and visual systems are produced by agents under the same senior direction — design included in every build, without a design-studio invoice attached.
  • Custom skills as institutional memory. Fifteen years of delivery experience, encoded. Our architecture patterns, security baselines, and integration conventions — across every stack we ship, from modern web application frameworks to the WordPress craft we've honed longer than anyone should admit — agents apply them on every project, every time, without being reminded.

Speed without checks is just risk, faster.

Everything agent-produced passes through gates that don't move:

  1. Senior-engineered verification. We won't pretend a human reads every generated line — at agentic volume nobody can, and anyone who tells you otherwise hasn't run agents at volume. What our seniors do instead is engineer the verification system itself: automated review agents, unit and integration tests, production-level user testing. Seniors judge the evidence — test results, review reports, behavior in staging — and nothing ships until both the system and the senior are satisfied.
  2. Agent-assisted test coverage. Agents generate and run tests as they build, at a coverage depth manual teams rarely have budget for. Seniors define what must be tested; agents make sure it is.
  3. Security hardening as standard. Our security baseline — dependency auditing, input handling, access control review — is encoded into the delivery flow itself, not scheduled as a phase that gets cut when deadlines bite.
  4. A named senior on every engagement. One of the three of us owns your project by name, end to end. You'll never be handed off to someone you haven't met.

Agents changed how fast we produce software. They changed nothing about who is responsible for it.

Architecture is decided by a senior engineer who has shipped systems for fifteen years — including a national research-evaluation platform that has run for years without drama. Trade-offs — what to build, what to cut, what will bite you in year two — are judgment calls, made by people who will still be your partner in year two. Accountability is a person with a name, not a model version.

We're deliberate about this because we've seen the alternative: AI-generated codebases with no one who truly understands them. That's not our model. We understand every system we ship, because we designed it — the agents just helped us build it faster.

When we rebuilt our delivery model around agents, we measured it against the way we used to work: our own pre-agentic scope estimates — same craft, same quality bar, same type of project.

The result, from Privilio, our first fully agentic build: a scope our traditional process estimated at 48–72 person-days, delivered in ~16 active build days — roughly a quarter of the estimated effort, at higher quality, with hardened output (some 780 recorded verification checks, all passing). Not because anyone worked nights. Because the leverage work that used to consume senior time is now done by agents, and senior time went where it actually matters.

We won't claim a lab-grade comparison — no side-by-side traditional build exists. The estimate was ours, made the old way, and the delivery came in at roughly a quarter of that estimate. That's the honest version.

That delta is why our pricing looks the way it does — product builds from €10,000 (typically €25–60k), where traditional agencies quote multiples of that. It's a structural difference, not a discount.

FAQ for the justifiably skeptical

"So AI writes my production code?"

Agents write code inside workflows a senior engineer designed and supervises. Quality isn't enforced by a human squinting at every line — it's enforced by layered verification: automated review agents, unit and integration tests, and production-level user testing, with a senior judging the evidence and owning the decision to ship. The architect is the reviewer of record; the machinery does the reading.

"What happens when the AI gets it wrong?"

The verification layer catches it — that's what it's engineered for. And agent mistakes are cheap: caught, regenerated, re-verified in minutes. Junior-engineer mistakes on a traditional payroll are neither cheap nor fast to find.

"Can three people really support us long-term?"

Our longest client relationships span many years — including a government platform we've evolved continuously since delivery. Continuity at Tridaz has never come from headcount; it comes from the same senior people staying on your project, plus a delivery system where conventions and context are documented and encoded, not trapped in someone's head.

"Who owns the code?"

You do. Full stop. Standard in every contract.

"Is our data used to train AI models?"

We build on commercial AI tooling under business-tier and API terms that exclude customer data from model training by default. And where the contract requires it — regulated industries, government, sensitive IP — we'll deploy open-source models on locally controlled infrastructure, so your code and data never leave it. Your security team can go as deep into the specifics as they want; we enjoy that conversation.

"What if you get hit by a bus?"

A fair question for any small firm. Our answer: documented systems, encoded conventions, clean codebases you own — and the honest observation that a 40-person agency where your project lives with two people has the same real exposure, with more layers hiding it.
