Data protection

• This website tracks nobody. No analytics, no marketing pixels, no third-party trackers. The only cookie we set stores your language preference.
• The contact form collects exactly what you type (name, email, and your message fields) — plus, if you arrived via one of our ads or links, the campaign name — relays it to our inbox via an EU sending region, and stores it nowhere else — no CRM enrichment, no mailing lists. We use it solely to answer you. You can always email us directly instead.
• Your GDPR rights (access, rectification, erasure, objection) — write to hello@tridaz.eu; the data controller is Tridaz s.r.o., identified above.
• On projects, we act as a processor for personal data in your systems only to the extent the work requires, under contract. A data processing agreement (DPA) is available on request.

AI tooling and your data

• We build with AI agents under business-tier and API terms that exclude customer data from model training by default. We re-verify vendor terms on a schedule; last verification August 2026.
• Feedback and telemetry channels that could transmit client code to tool vendors are disabled on client work.
• Where the contract requires it — regulated industries, government, sensitive IP — we'll deploy open-source models on locally controlled infrastructure, so your code and data never leave it.

IP and contracts

• You own the IP. Full stop. Standard in every contract — code, design, and documentation.
• NDA-first is welcome — ours or yours, before any details change hands.
• Clean handover is the default: your repositories, your infrastructure accounts, documented systems. No lock-in by obscurity.

Security posture

• Three named senior engineers. No subcontracting layer. Every person who touches your systems is identified to you by name — access is per-person and least-privilege.
• Agent output ships only through human gates: a complete verification suite, adversarial review, and a senior merge decision — with changes to auth, payments, and identity behind a hard human stop.
• Security questionnaires and deeper technical detail — architecture, dependency policy, access handling — answered on request as part of any procurement process.
