Tridaz started in Bratislava as a WordPress agency — a hundred-plus projects and clients who stayed for years. Then agentic AI arrived, and we made a bet most agencies wouldn't: instead of adding AI to the sales deck, we rebuilt the whole delivery model around it.
For fifteen years we grew the classical way: senior engineers, honest scoping, long client relationships, WordPress craft that agencies white-labeled behind their own brands. That era taught us the thing no tool can replace — judgment about what to build, what to cut, and what will break in year two.
In 2026 we started orchestrating AI agents across our delivery — first cautiously, then structurally.
